Here is what you will need:

	Click the checkbox to signify you have, or will be getting copies of the following documents.
	Florida Driver License which reflects the property address. (If you do not have a driver license you must have a State of Florida Identification card for non-drivers only). Note: "Valid Only in Florida" driver license is not acceptable. Click here to change your address for your Driver License or Identification card.
	Florida Voter Registration. Your voter registration must reflect the property address . If you are not registered to vote, you must have a power or water utility bill for the property in at least one owner's name. Click here to register or change your address for your Voter's Registration.
	Note 1: If you are not a United States Citizen, proof of permanent resident immigrant status (such as a "Green Card") is required.
